Longline

Longline is a free strategy board game for two players. Line up your seats before your rival does. It plays in your browser on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install.

How to play

1. You and your rival take turns placing your seats, one at a time, on any empty spot of the board.
2. When every seat is placed, take turns moving one seat a single step along a line to the empty spot next to it.
3. Get all of your seats in one straight line (across, down or diagonal) and you win.

Four games in one

• Classic: 9 spots and 3 seats each. Quick to learn, quick to play.
• Grand: 25 spots and 4 seats each, for deeper strategy.
• Royal: seats with ranks. Guards step, the Runner slides, the Jumper hops.
• Dethrone: make a line of three to remove a rival seat.

Ways to play

• Against a friend on the same device.
• Against the computer, at three strengths.
• Online: play anyone, or invite a friend with a room code or a link.
• Knockout tournaments with a live bracket and leaderboard.
